CONSULTING:

Director Sarah Kazmi belongs to First 5 Contra Costa’s Professional Development Program and is dedicated to the development of quality early childhood programs. She has served as a Peer Mentor for Child Care Council, wherein she shared her knowledge and expertise with other programs which were seeking accreditation. As an accreditation observer for the NAFCC, she is also qualified to go out and conduct final deciding observations for these programs. In addition, Ms. Kazmi has also completed and received the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS)

certification for First 5, Contra Costa. Ms. Kazmi offers individual consulting services for anyone in any stage of their business development, including the following areas:

• creating policies and procedures

• compiling contracts

• setting up their physical classroom environment.
